yes the website loads now, but I get the error frequently. Are these problems very frequent or the server knows some issues?

Any server issues are usually solved fairly quickly. I'd say wait a day or two, and if it's still happening then we can investigate further.

If you do require better reliability, I'd suggest upgrading to Illuminated or Premium.
