Trying to log-in to cPanel
I receive this

are you unable to login at cPanel?
Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.

I do not know what you are saying

...but

At the Catchpa I enter my user-name and password then enter the answer to the Catchpa

at this point - when it worked - I would be in (at) cPanel - but now it puts cPanel inside the Catchpa
where I can NOT get to it

if you click the home link on the cPanel window that's shown inside the frame, it should re-load the page with cPanel in the full window (did on my test account, and it is reported to higher admins).

after I click on [ login to cPanel ]
I need to click the home link on the cPanel window inside the Catchpa
which puts me back to log-in
click on [ login to cPanel ]
click the home link on the cPanel window inside the Catchpa
that is two times
before getting into cPanel
