Error message (500) when trying to access Control Panel

Hi there

I can login but as soon as I want to access the hosting control panel, I'll just get an error message "500 | Internal Server Error".
Can anybody help me?

it did work, but now I’ve logged in from another device and now it’s again not working.
Is it getting blocked everytime one has access from a different IP? That would be very inconvenient…

You should not notice that unless something is blocking on our end. We see service was restarted on our backend which should have resolved this fully. If you see this blocked again please update this post from the same network are you blocked on so we can review further.

I'm also getting Error 500 for more than 12hrs. Tried clearing cookies/cache to no avail.

CPanel is working now for me.

i can log into the main page but not the control panel. im getting the same error. i dont mind upgrading to a better package ut ive gotten this error over half the time ive had the account the last couple days
