Hello,

You will be redirected in five seconds.

.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.

If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.

--------------------------------------------------------
I can't go to my account control panel. After I received the email that I was accepted (after the registration process), I was able to login an view the unsuspended account. After a few days, it stopped working.

Please help me!
Thank you!

Your account doesn't seem to exist, it's possible that it has been terminated - what were you using the account for?

Your welcome to register again and set up a new account.

Hello,

Thankyou for responding.
I registered a new account with the same name - raducu.

I received this email after I finished the registration process

After that I could login an view my account control panel with the unsuspended status. After a little while I had got the error that is above.
Now with the new account I get the same error.

Where is the problem ?
Edit:
I have received another email after a little while.

I have created this account again. Please allow 15 minutes or so for the server to update the new account information. I have sent a Private Message to you containing the password.

Thank you!

I can now access the domain and the CPanel.
The last thing is when I change my password it says that was successfully changed. I login in CPanel with the new password but the account panel with the old one.

Is this normal ?

Your AMP ( Account Management Panel ) uses your forum name / password while Cpanel uses a seperate login / password - unless you have them as the same names.
