Additionally, when I navigate to my website, I cannot access it. The site is replaced with a page that says "Apache is functioning normally".

We actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

All seems to be good now thank you for the help. Going forward will X10 be suspending accounts or just deleting them?

The accounts should be suspended first going forward, but to avoid any issues you should log in regularly.
