I've been having so many problems lately for some reason.
I forgot my password for Wordpress, so I went to click "Forgot Password" and every time I enter my password I get:

"
Error 429 Too many requests.
Too many requests.

Guru Meditation:
XID: 69052417"

I contacted Wordpress, and they said it's not an error on their end... it seems like a hosting error. How can I fix this?

Hi polishma,

We recognise that many of our users use WordPress, and for that reason, our Varnish configuration is purposefully designed to rate limit requests to any WordPress site's login page automatically. This means that any possible brute force attempts to WordPress' Login will be automatically blocked with the message "Too many requests", and adds a further layer of protection to our customer's WordPress sites.

However, as the Forgot My Password feature is on the same page as the login page, it appears that it was also under the influence of this rate limiting. I've made the rate limiting more lenient on your server, xo3, which should hopefully stop these error messages from cropping up so often.

Please could you try again now? If you receive the error message, please try waiting 60 seconds and refreshing. :)

Thank you,
