ERROR - no Email notice of new post in forum - received

After I subscribed to forum threads with new post...

I receive Email alerts of new post in forums from other hosts
at my x10hosting premium Email account on x10's server S4

I do not receive Email alerts of new post in x10's forums

BTW some of my other host also use vBulletin forums

why is it other host can send me Email alerts of new post in their forums and x10 can not ??
