Error on account

Hi,
I cant access CPanel on my account. I insert the user/passwd but it gives me an login error.
After accessing the account management panel i get:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I can't access your account information, only account managers and admins can do that, but i believe your account probably wasn't created properly, also have you linked your forums account to the hosting account?

I have not linked my forum account to the hosting account. Where do i do that?

I still have a problem in step 2.
"Step 2: Update your E-mail address in cPanel. This can be done by going to the update contact info around the top of your cPanel."
I cannot access my CPanel...
However i jumped to step 3 e added my username. I will wait the recommended 4 hours to see if i receive any e-mail.
