Error on loading why?

Hi

when i tried to log into my page today i got this

Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in ...file pathway/filename.php on line 40

Why?
I haven't done anything, one day it works the next it doesn't what is up with that

Help here would be reallllly appreciated
