Error On my new site all ready says www folder not found

I went to the site address & got this error, also says

www
broken symbolic link to `public_html' Any Ideas whats going on here?
I also know when i went on my ftp that the www folder thats
supposed to be there is a text file not a folder.

Ok seems that when i deleted the www & the public_html txt files & renamed MY Public_html folder to public_html the www folder appeared and things seem to be ok now, i think, other than the fact that is redirecting to the cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi now though. Ok now its says that none of the files in the public_html or the www folder are not found.

Ok so now im gettin a 500 internal server error????? I think its has something to do with the way the files are handled in the www & the public_html on my account, not sure but i hope we can get this fixed soon. I can access everything else just not the site it self. Ok so i put up a simple index.html and it shows that but i cant access any other folders or anything on this account from my browser? Any Ideas????

What sort of scripts are you running?

Any .php file should have permission set to 0644 .

Any .htaccess file that uses rewrites should have the line

RewriteBase /

above any RewriteRule

I am using php nuke platinum 7.6. I have used this many times before with no problems. I have uploaded the htaccess again. What I am seeing on the file manager & when I try to view the page is the symbolic link for the www folder is missing. Descalszo, its not an issue with my scritp, as i cant even access the scritp cause of the 500 error.

Ok, I thought I would upload a plain old html site & everything's working now. Any suggestions on why this happened? When i try to use php i get an error of

Seeing as no one wants to help me I am closing this topic and gonna see if i can fix this myself..... Guess ill go back to my ol school html until i figure this out on my own.....
