Hello people!!!

I'm getting an error when I tried to change the DNS server to: ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

My result:
DNS Server Master: Refused Search
Slave DNS Server 1: Refused Search

My domain is: ybd.x10.bz


I contacted the administrator of my REGISTRATION, and they told me: "You must contact the administrator of x10hosting.com to configure your domain configuration file. After that you can configure your DNS for NS1. X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM

I wonder if there is any chance of receiving an administrator help to manually add my domain?
In the last 3 months, I've changed this domain to another server several times, but it's the first time that it's not possible to add my DNS to x10hosting.com.


I'd like to point to "ns1.x10hosting.com" and "ns2.x10hosting.com" with my registrar if possible!

Start with replying with your domain (whatever.tld). ybd.x10.bz is a sub-domain of x10.bz
People that work for x10hosting may (emphasis on may) be able to assist you with this, but they need the domain.
