error retrieving account from system

Hey,
My site has been dong some odd things recently, including now showing some apache page. I've tried to log into x10hosting but all i get is

"Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

I just want to be able to delete my account and start all over again, but i can't because
1. my email is tied to this account
2. i want teh same domain name as my old one.

please help!

If you want your account deleted so you can recreate it, wait for an account manager to come online and i'm sure they will do it for you. Good luck in the future.

Your account actually wasn't created. I will look into this. What i will do is remove the linked account(that wasn't actually created) that is attached to your forums account. You will then need to use this link. http://x10hosting.com/logout What this will do is delete the cookies that stop you from creating a new account.

thank you for replying. I tried what you suggested and when i try to sign up i get an email saying that the "dns" already exists. I'm guessing that's the domain name. I need to be able to use the same domain name if possible. Anything i can to fix this?
