Error retrieving Account Type?

so I logged in today after being away for quite a while and i get this message when i go to my account panel

there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type

i tried re-registering and it didnt let me

"you already have an account... use it"

help me out here.. thanks

Try visiting: http://x10hosting.com/logout then registering.
