Error Retrieving Account's Hosting Type

I am trying to login to my account to request a php version upgrade and I'm finding this message:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

My hosting account name is bwdesign. I'm NOT having any trouble logging into Cpanel, and I've been working on my site off and on since yesterday.

I'm guessing this is a problem related to the accidental creation of 2 accounts, then having one of them deleted? I've searched the forum and can't find any other way to fix this other than to ask you guys/gals. Thanks for your help!

As I told you, you need to relink your account since you are currently linked to the account that was terminated on your request. Relink your account to bwdesign.

Your forum account is now linked to your hosting account "bwdesign" and you should be able to login to your Account Management Panel.
