Error Retrieving you account's hosting type

Hi,

I've tried logging into my account management panel and it keeps throwing the exception below:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Therefore I'm posting on the forum to see if there is a way to resolve it. I'm using Firefox if that helps and have enabled scripts for your site. I was able to log in the first time, however ever since then, this exception is all I get. I've logged in and logged out to no avail. No luck with IE either.

I'm also not able to log into cPanel.

An admin will need to look into this and fix it for you. Just give it some time and they'll get it.

It's possible there was an internal server error while creating your account, or your account hasn't finished being processed yet... wait for an admin/account manager to come help you.

This usually means that there was an error in the software setup for your cPanel account, only the administrator can solve this.

No account with the username kentto exists. It may have been terminated if it was suspended for greater than 10 days. When were you last able to access your account?
