Error retrieving your accounts hosting type from the backend server

Yesterday i created an account.
I was able to login to the account management page yesterday but not to cPanel.
When i try to login now i get this message:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

So any help from the admins??

In addition, what is your domain and cPanel username?

Yes i have linked the forum username to cPanel.
the url is http://brink.x10hosting.com username: ragnark

I get the "Domain avaliable" page, it to me looks like your account wasn't created properly for some reason, please wait for an account manager or an admin to come and check this post out.

I know it still says domain available.
But i did create the accont and yesterday i was able to log in to the account manager where i could see the server statistics and the cPanel link.
But when i clicked the cPanel link i was unable to login.
Now i can't even login to the account manager giving me the message in my first post.
I now have created a new account ragnark1 and it just works.
The only difference is that i chose for ad-free this time.

Hmm, well if that account is working for you, and your other one isn't, then continue to use your new account.

Yes ofcourse i will use my new account but it's still strange that it doesn't work.
