"error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system" - i need help

Can anyone please help me with these? You see, i logged in to my account and then, it prompted me this:

An Error Has Occurred


Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

I don't really understand why.. :dunno:

After you have logged in, change the URL from index.html to index.php.

Then delete the old cpanel bookmark(.html one) and add a new bookmark for the new cpanel.

Your account needs to be reset or something like that, Happened to me last week, after I got rolled back.

Open a support ticket, and someone will fix it.
