I just tried to access my account and found this message:

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

Posting, as requested.

I saw another thread which suggested removal due to suspected phishing; I did have a problem some time back with my email address being spoofed - could that be the cause?

Any help or information and advice would be gratefull appreciated.

The hosting account ianvs777 does not exist. It was terminated on the 24th of August (Today).
Reason: Spamming

No, Sorry. Once an account is terminated all data is deleted, and we do not keep backups.
