Error S503 on Joomla Site

I am working on a site on your free server for the Estes Park Newcomers Club. The free service has always worked well for development but I have been getting a significant number of S503 Errors. Has anyone else reported this? Any suggestions for correcting? Problems are on x10.mx and x10host.com,

BTW - accounts with sub-domains of --> x10.mx and x10host.com - can be on any one on four (4) free-hosting servers
