Error saving and activating plugins

Hi there my site is cooking.cf using Wordpress. Whenever I tried to edit a post, save it or even the theme files I always get "This site can't be reached error' but will shows up whenever I hit refresh.

I'm on xo5 server. I only experience this problem today.

I can't edit anything without getting this error. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
