error: The domain you have supplied is already in use. Help!!

I changed my main domain to something else and now when i try to change it back, it give the me error "The domain you have supplied is already in use". But when u go to the link, using browser, it say domain available for free hosting on x10hosting.

I am using .x10.mx subdomain.

I used to have a subdomain which I deleted but the main panel still shows that it exist but in cPanel, there is no subdomain.

please fix this problem as my website no longer works. I need my old domain name.

The system shows you have education x10 mx as your main domain.
It also shows submit popat x10 mx as a subdomain. (shows as available via Web)

What exactly do you want on your account ?

i want it back to "popat x10 mx"

i deleted the subdomain "submit popat x10 mx" and my cPanel doesnt even shows it.. when i goto subdomain option, its just empty but the main menu shows it, dont know y?

can you please fix this? i uploaded my original site on "popat x10 mx" and now i cant find it anymore

Problem: Wants main domain to be popat.x10.mx but the system will not let him. He also wants any subdomain removed.

Escalating this to a Support Ticket so a Staff can do this manually. This will close the thread, but you can access your Support Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar at top or by logging onto the Account Panel.
