Error using joomla 1.5

Hello i am trying to use joomla 1.5 on my ad free hosting.
When i try to make a template i get a error that says

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@joinnyva.exofire.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What is this suppose to mean?

okay that's can be a 404 or an timeout, try accessing or doing what you are doing for 5-6 times.

I also got timeout on my wordpress ajax script.

If its an 404, which part and page? I haven use joomla for years now.
