error when connected mysql

I can't connect my mysql database when I use wordpress, but I can use phpmyadmin to connect it. So, what's wrong? I'm sure that the username, password and sql address are correct.

The username and database should be of the format bjhubin_wpblog
The host name must be 'localhost' ... nothing else
Make sure they are typed correctly in the WordPress configuration file.
You can try going to MySQL Databases in cPanel, clicking on the user name in the database section and making sure the "ALL PRIVILEGES" checkbox is checked.

Everythin is OK. But... It's still error and can not conect the database
