Error when creating a free hosting account (on signup)

When i try to signup for a free hosting account i recive this error on the top left of the page:

Notice: Undefined index: ip in /home/corey/public_html/ipcheck.php on line 44

Can anyone help?

Ok i've see that i'm using a proxy but this is a public school and more than a student want's to create an account. Can we do it?

Currently we don't have a way around the proxy block. What I can offer is see if the teacher for the specific class can create a premium account. There he can create as many websites/ftp logins as he wishes.
