Error when loggin to account

When I try to log into my accout, it say :

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

me too - exactly. The web page is gone and the server status says it is working - ha - not for me or mine

The same is happening for me, and also it seems like the MySQL Database has been deleted, because I cannot access CPanel or my site (Which is run using MySQL).

Your problem is due to the server changes being made. You will have to wait until all the server issues are resolved.
