Error when logging in :( - there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type

Hi all,

im getting the following error when logging in:

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

Can anyone help me, all was working well up until today when I tried to login

username is gline

Also for information, i did not uplload anything to the account yet if that makes any difference?

I believe that this is caused by the server transfers that we are doing at the moment. I'll try and find out for sure.
In the mean time please be patient.

now my site is down

any news on this?
site is back up, but i still get he same error when i try login

It will work once your account is moved to the new datacenter.
