Error when logging in to account management system

Hi all

I signed up for a free account last night. The status upon logging in earlier for the creation was 'complete'

However, I now recieve the following message when I log in to the account management system:

The forum account you are trying to log in to does not have a link to an x10hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result

However, I am definately using the correct account to log in (same account i'm using on here, which was created when I signed up).

I have opened a support ticket, but thought it might speed things up if I posted here as well.

Hmm.. Your hosting account was either deleted or got unlinked somehow.. Unfortunately this is community support, and you will have to wait for your ticket to be answered.

You aren't going to be able to get any more help here.

A staff member must look at your account, it looks like your account has become unlinked.

I just did an Account look up and it seems your cpanel account is not created properly.

But i may be wrong though.Am not supposed to give support on this sort of issues here. You must submit a Support ticket

Thanks for the replies. I submitted a support ticket, and they've set my cpanel account up manually.
