Error when logging in to account

This is the error message I received when I logged in sometime 5 minutes ago.

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

Please help me out if possible.


I still am unable to get in. I have cleared my temp files and cookies and restarted. I still receive this error. I am new to this host site and hosting in general, so any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

I am not sure exactly what I did. This info is in my confirmation email. Then I remember going in and changing the domain to www.retreaddesigns.com.

When I try and go into cPanel, it brings up my user and password. My user is cmihalko and I entered my password and it does not let me in.

We have had a problem with the account creation script and some accounts didn't got created correctly.
I've re-created your account and PMed you a new password.
