Error when signing into account panel

When i sign in at the x10hosting.com address, i get the following error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

In case you need it, my forum username (although im sure it will say on the post) is jbswaff2 and so is my cpanel username.

The hosting account 'jbswaff2' is linked to the Forum account 'jbswaff'. If you login to the Account Panel and the Forums using 'jbswaff' it should work.
If you would prefer we can switch the linked accounts around.

I have switched it around for you. So jbswaff2 is linked to jbswaff2.

Wait, I still cant log in to the account control panel.

You need to login to the Account Management Panel using your Forum login details. Are you doing that?

Yes, i am. It is telling me that i have logged in but it cant find the account details.

The account hosting account 'jbswaff2' does not exist. Try logging in with 'jbswaff'.
