error when trying to access cpanel

i'm getting the following error when i try to access my cpanel:
Sorry for the inconvenience!

The filesystem mounted at /home/blackpsy on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.


i know i have only used something like 70mb of space or something like that. nowhere close to the limit.. can someone help me please.

i have yes i know the servers are being moved iv'e been told this multiple times with other problems unrelated to the server move.. but this specific error is not being mentioned anywhere in the news.. if it is being caused by the move i would simply like a reply saying that its part of the move.. like i said i'm no where near my 1000mb limit when i only have 7mb used. o you know what maybe i'm confused in the way i'm reading into it.. maybe its supposed to mean that there is no room on the server itself not that my account is running out of space... that makes more sense.. is this correct?
