Error when trying to add a domain

Hello,

I am getting an error when trying to add a new domain. I currently only have the original free default domain.
I have the new domain already purchased and the NS records already updated on the domain provider.

However I keep getting this error:


New domain is: ariseandshinekabale.org

What am I missing please?

Is the domain being added in x10 client portal? https://x10hosting.com/panel

I believe I saw an issue with one of the servers, that staff attending too at the moment.

What is the original domain for your account? Have you signed up for x10 discord.com?

And no haven't joined discord yet as I don't have it. Happy to join if it can get the issue resolved

X10 staff is still working on it, as of this morning. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
