Error when trying to host account from co.cc

The nameserver I tried to use was ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com

One quick question though... how do I access my cPanel? Where can I find it? I'm having issues Sorry I'm a noob.

Log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. Click on Hosting at the top. Below your hosting details is a button that says "Login to cPanel". Click that button.
