Error when trying to log in to my account

I receive the following msg when trying to log in to my account :

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I can't access my domain as well, it says that my account is suspended.

Is your cPanel username hubbly? And the domain seems to be uop.x10hosting.com and the username tipsyman doesn't seem to exist.
