Hello, today and yesterday I tried to access my account via FTP and I can not until I tried to create another FTP login and nothing ...
And the "funny" is that my site is usually online ...
Why am I not able to use my FTP?

Sorry for the delayed reply, it seems this thread slipped through the cracks, so to speak. What is the specific error message you are receiving when trying to connect to FTP?

"Answer:: 425 Sorry, FTP connections are not allowed from your country of origin"

My parents and honest account creation, so I realized now, but I designed the block a few days and I could access my ftp, why not more?
