error when trying to login to ad-free web hosting account

I had this error when trying to login to my ad-free web hosting account (username is "kosminr"; domain is "rentea.ro", and is parked at "rentea.x10hosting.com"):


An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.


Could you please check and tell me what to do next ?

When was the last time you have logged into the forums. As i see it right now, the account does not exist.

I logged in quite regularly during the last months. Last time was 28.03.
Additional info (message from system immediately after login):

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

hmm,

Well... this account was terminated on: 12/19/07 at 4:24 am

It was suspended for over 10 days without being resolved.
