error when uploaded website to free hosting

Hi,
I am not sure iof you have recieved my last email, but i am having trouble uploading my website. When i upload it through a ftp client, an error appears: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/jade852/public_html/index.php on line 1
I am trying to upload a jommla website/template onto your free hosting package. I have registered and created all the relevant details for the cpanel etc...but this error keeps appearing. Hope that you can help with this problem, look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello,

Try uploading the Joomla files again. It seems some may not have uploaded correctly. You may also want to try installing it using Softaculous, which you can find in cPanel.
