Error While changing the main domain, Also Website remains unavailable

Problems
1. The following problem occurred when i tried to change the main domain

2. My website is also unavailable and I am not able to log in to the cpanel account on he absolut server http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082

Also the last time I created the support request the thread was closed without giving any proper reasons. I was told that absolut is being migrated but the notification on my account panel says that the migration process is over
please tell me what i should be doing

it was escalated into an official support ticket.

Some accounts on absolut had a problem in the migration. Yours seems to be one. An Admin will work to correct it and get your site and cPanel working. Until then, I doubt if you will be able to change the domain name.
