error while installing frontpage server extension

I get error while intalling frontpage server extension on my hosting account. so i am not able to install it.

Free hosting servers don't support it, though. I apologize for the confusion of cPanel appearing to have the option, but it really doesn't work at all unless you buy a paid hosting package like Zubair explained.
