Error while trying to install a a template using joomla

I need help on this, I get error "
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 59770027 bytes) in /home/ashwani5/public_html/libraries/joomla/installer/helper.php on line 82"
when i try to install a theme directly from internet location.

Please tell me if this is because of any restriction or any mis configuration or any other issues

This is from restrictions, basically, either the amount of data saved in memory is too great or it's bad memory management.

The file I was trying to install was of 34MB and it would download directly from internet into joomla. so does it means the file is too large to download and install. So i may have to download file to my PC and then install it on webserver

I got it fixed, thanks for the support.

i downloaded files to my PC first and then install ed it. it worked fine
