Error with addon domain

Hi ..

My main site is working fine with main domain .. but the other two addon domains are not working with any software including joomla, wordpress, b2evolution etc... i tried both fantastico as well as manual installations. but still getting following error page

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,webmaster@addondomain.domain.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

HTML pages are visible but script pages like php etc are not visible for addon domains. Please let me know if I m missing something ..
I m facing this issue for more than 15-20 days now.

addon1:imrozbaig.com(where i wanted to put my blog)
addon2: imroz.in(redirected to imrozbaig.com)
