It shows the default x10 index.html now. Your site is live.
Replace it with your own in /public_html using either FTP or cPanel-->FileManager

Account creation may take up to 24-36 hours, so the queue was behaving as expected.
Concerning your website, the page you are seeing is the default x10 new account page. You have 1 week to change it, and add your actual website.

usually, this is caused by your browser cache not changing or your DNS settings not updating. Try
a) clearing your browser's cache
b) flushing your dns
