ERROR! What is this? What happent to server? Many times i face this error

The issue may be with a php page not returning anything for 30 seconds. Did you install any plugins in wordpress before this happened?

I am facing this error night time 7pm to 6am so i think this is not a problem for plugin. Any server problem for x10hosting.today morning and evening iam work in my site no problem but at this time(8.06pm) it repeat same error

I am honestly not sure what the issue is then. Also, did you install any plugins or addons to wordpress, if you can list them.
