Errors 503/508 in x10

Today I am getting errors 503/508 on my sites in x12. I have waited a bit to see if it was something temporary, but the issues are still present. Is there any maintenance going on? Or is this a known issue?

Yes, the issue is still present. The server has been unavailable for the last 30 hours so far.

We can see you briefly went over the usage and then it settled back down. However, the system failed to automatically reapply the limits so it cached the overage.

We have resolved this on our end and you should see service running correctly at this time.

When you mention usage, what is that you refer to? I haven't noticed any particular increase in traffic lately, though I suspect Chinese IA logs keep crawling my sites.
