Errors on cpanel

everytime i try and access all my stuff there i get this which i didn't before this i could access it with no problem that and errors in backin up my site

Hi,

On our free hosting service, we limit the number of inodes (files and directories) on an account to 50,000. It appears your account has hit this limit, which is why you are receiving the message stating your quota has been exceeded. Please remove some files and try again.
