I am getting the following message error, i am register since may of 2022,

Hello. Please, could you help me with this error code: E243D2E4F2103D338. It says that: "A VPN, TOR, or other technology was detected." But I don't use anything like that. I have used chrome and now I use edge and in both I have always been able to login normally, until a few days ago when I got that error. Thank you.

you say you used to use chrome and now you use edge browser,.
did you go back and retry chrome ?

did you clear any temp files or cookies from your system ?
its possible one of your browsers still use vpn without your knowledge,
be sure to disable any suck browser add ons.

Network Blocklisted.
"A VPN, TOR, or other technology was detected. Requests from these services are blocked."

but I don't use VPN and even less TOR.
Can you help me and tell me what is wrong because if I can't connect my account will be suspended.

Hello,
I am unable to reset password for my cpanel account for free hosting.
I get the following message:

"Please check your spam and junk folders for an email from x10hosting. If you have not received an email after 15 minutes, please contact our support team via Discord or the community forum."

I do not get the reset password instruction in email. I have also checked my spam etc.

Please note that in past I did created an account deletion request https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/closing-the-aacount.134079/ but did not follow up on it later so not sure if it was deleted or not.

I tried signing up for new account through same email and it fails saying email is used.

Can you please help?

I am trying to sign in to update my web page. When I click on the button to go to my Hosting Control Panel, it sends me to another login screen which it has never done before. When I try to log in again, it says "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again." I went through the process to reset my password and I get the same results. Help?

Hello,

x10hosting since being online now for over 10 years has always had in our TOS that you must login to your x10hosting dashboard / panel at least once a month in order for us to track if an account is active or not. As the email stated login into the hosting direct admin panel ( x11.x10hosting etc) FTP, or emails do not count toward this.

During this span of time we have also blocked and unblocked countries access to our system as we have seen abuse increase and decrease in those countries.

Most error codes relating to login are geared around the users current country being blocked in our system.

For these errors we are allowing all existing customers to still access our services but this requires us to take an extra step on our end to let these accounts in.

Please post your error codes in this thread so we can keep track of these. Please note each time you get a new error code the old one is removed from our system. If you get an error code please do not try again, post the code in this thread and wait for our team to update you.
Sorry, I had a problem with my email and I couldn't access it.
But now I logged into the website and unsuspend the service but it is still showing that the service is suspended.
Please help.
