I had a support ticket escalated two days ago and have gotten no response and anyone that goes to visit my site still gets the x10 suspended page even though I am not suspended which can be quite embarrassing when I am trying to sell things not to mention the 10 days it was down with the migration from cossacks. I saw Anna's sticky but two days and nothing is a little bit more than frustrating. Someone please advise.
