ESCALATION NECESSARY - Reset my hosting account

2 support requests have been made already for this but I need my hosting account reset/deleted ASAP

Where I found out that all my files were lost in the Server move for Chopin

"http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/114266-reset-account.html" Shows my next request for reset with no response.

I need this because I cannot log into cPanel to restore my website... and i actually need it fixed

Hello,

There is no way to reset an account to default other than terminating it and recreating it. Do you want us to terminate your present account ?

I am now just waiting for my new hosting account to be activated, and then I should be up and running again.
