Escallation Necessary: Please link hosting account to forum account

I created a free hosting site, but I couldn't find the "link hosting account to forum account" option, so I went ahead and created a forum ID, the present one, thinking that I would get an option to link while setting up this forum account. But that option just wasn't there. This necessary routine is not clearly indicated on your site. Otherwise things look great.

Can you please link this to my hosting account? You will see that they both have the same the same email address linked to them.

relinking is not working at the moment, Staff is working on this issue.

You can relink yourself through the account page. Go to Account -> Forum account.

I have the same issue and an open support ticket. I see now when I go into my account it says to swap forum user names? But when I entered a new user name it gives me this: The email address stored under the client account is already is use on our forums.

Are you clicking the swap link? The are two methods to add a forum account under a client account. "Create new" and "Swap." To get the "username in use" error you must be trying to create a new forum account.
