ETA on Stoli fix?

Sorry for opening another ticket, but I must ask one thing.

Can we get an ETA on the account clean-up on Stoli?

Its a back to the wall job, cleaning up the accounts on Stoli. The disk on it will be freed all along the way while cleaning up the accounts. So no ETA on it.

Right now you're randomly shutting it down and restarting it - is it how it's going to be or is this also something that will be resolved?

I'm sorry for bumping this up once more - but really, can we get any information as to what is happening? I know this is 100% free and that you work hard to maintain the servers, but I am merely wondering what is happening . Any answer, whatsoever, would be nice!

The server is overloaded due to us stopping a lot of our maintenance scripts for a period of time to be recoded. Now we have to play catch up. Currently there is some bug that is causing certain processes not to be killed off, they then get up to the 1,000 or so range causing a complete lock up.
