I guess so. Many sites like that, that offers such high payouts often sinks before even the first payout. $100 is quite huge. Even $0.5 per day will take you 200 days to reach your first payout (waste of time)

Seems too high, especially as it can take weeks to get to $1; although I'd at least wait until there's proof of this. Maybe it'll end up in one of the many scam lists soon?
